Tuticorin, Feb 10:Sterlite Copper has received the ‘Golden Peacock HR Excellence Award’ for Overall Excellence in HR and People Management Practices. The award was presented to Sterlite Copper in a grand event held by Institute of Directors held at Mumbai recently.
Institute of Directors conferred the prestigious Golden Peacock HR Excellence Award for organizations for Overall Excellence in HR and People Management Practices to be considered as a role model and champion for others to emulate. Sterlite Copper was declared as a winner by the Awards Jury under the chairmanship of Justice M. N. Venkatachaliah, former Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India. Around 391 companies across 29 different sectors participated in the event.
